Our process begins in acquiring land suitable for developing estate neighborhoods, typically set in quiet wooded settings in New Jersey's top rated suburbs for schools and community services.  Once we obtain subdivision approval and lots are created, the infrastructure process commences, i.e. roads, utilities, and other site improvements.
